There are weddings, and then there are weddings that take your breath away. This weekend, we had the privilege of capturing one such celebration that was not only stunning but also filled with sentimental details, love, and cherished traditions. From earrings made from the Elizabeth’s mother’s wedding dress to a communion service during the ceremony, Elizabeth and Cedric’s wedding was unbelievably beautiful and was a dream to capture.

The day began with a sense of tranquility that set the tone for the entire event. Elizabeth, surrounded by her best friends, got ready in a cozy getting ready space located in the home at the front of The Buckeye Barn’s property. The morning was filled with laughter and the anticipation of the beautiful day ahead. Elizabeth earrings and veil were both crafted from her mother’s wedding dress – which is such a sweet reminder of how incredibly close the family is. Elizabeth also wore her great-grandmother’s ring as her wedding band. These details served as a reminder of the importance and support of her family as she joined Cedric outside for their ceremony.

The ceremony was held outside in front of the property’s wildflower meadow. As they stood before their loved ones, the Elizabeth and Cedric exchanged vows that were not only promises to each other but also to their shared faith. It was a moment of unity and devotion that brought tears to the eyes of many. One of the most touching moments was the communion service. The very first thing that the newlyweds did after exchanging vows was serve communion to each of their guests, symbolizing their commitment to each other and their shared journey in Christ. It was a beautiful reminder of the significance of their union and their desire to serve not only each other but also their community.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, the reception kicked off with an absolute bang! The dance floor was electric, with guests of all ages coming together to celebrate the newlyweds. The evening was filled with joy, laughter, and memorable moments that were an absolute dream to capture.
