Lydia and Samuel were married on Saturday right after a tropical seeming thunderstorm and these two absolutely ROCKED some indoor portraits… Like in a way that I am still obsessed over lol.

First, I feel like Mitchell (typical videographer for Captured by Kaitlin) deserves some MAJOR recognition. Mitch and I split up for weddings on Saturday and he was the lead photographer for Lydia and Samuel’s wedding. AND if anyone has ever shot a wedding before, you KNOW rain can definitely make you sweat a little lol. Typically it is much easier to photograph outside than inside, but between Lydia and Samuel being ACTUAL models and Mitch’s impressive creativity, these pictures are KILLER!

Lydia and Samuel got ready among their bridal party as the rain POURED before their first look. And in almost perfect timing, the rain cleared just before they got to see each other for the first time. After spending moments together alone and with their bridal party, Samuel and Lydia went inside and waited for their indoor ceremony at Shawnee Alliance Church. After their ceremony, guests moved to the Lima Civic Center for the reception where they were celebrated by their family and friends!
